By purchasing any services with Simply Great Resumes through the website, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. In addition, when you purchase future Simply Great Resumes services, whether or not included in the Simply Great Resumes website, these guidelines will apply.
Communication
Simply Great Resumes relies on communication in all its forms as a significant facet of performing its services to meet the client’s expectations. To ensure smooth communications, the Client shall respond promptly to all questions, drafts, revisions, and approvals to be sent to Simply Great Resumes. Responses need to be delivered in the form of email, phone, or mail service. Failure of the Client to respond within 30 days following the delivery of the service or response request will mean closure/completion of the Client’s project. It is in the best interest of Clients to provide complete, accurate and detailed information to ensure the process has the best possible outcome.
LinkedIn Training sessions must be scheduled within 3 months after the initial phone interview to be available as part of the service.

Property Rights
The Client retains intellectual property ownership of all work produced and may reproduce and distribute copies as he/she sees fit. Simply Great Resumes reserves the right to use all work in its portfolio after removing identifying information of the Client, such as contact, geographical, and specific employment details to protect confidentiality.
Warranties/Guarantees
I. You will have an unlimited number of revisions during the draft process for resume, cover letter (or networking email), and LinkedIn profiles. Once the final copy is approved revisions are complete. Draft and revision process terminates within 30 days from the date of first sent draft.
II. Simply Great Resumes does not guarantee job placement or employment success. The success of the client is directly based on the commitment, effort, and follow-up they incorporate with the utilization of the cover letter/networking emails, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles into their job search campaign. Outcomes are affected by many external variables including market volatility, local and national economies, market saturation for a particular industry, and a Client’s level of experience, adaptability to workforce changes, skill sets, or continued motivation.
III. You understand and agree that Simply Great Resumes will not confirm or attempt to verify any information provided by the client for any writing services. Simply Great Resumes will not be responsible for accuracy or truthfulness of any information provided by the client.
IV. All work will be completed in a timely manner subject to natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the control of Simply Great Resumes.
Quality Assurance
Simply Great Resumes will do its best to proofread all produced products to ensure all errors are caught and corrected. However, as is inherent in the proofreading process, Simply Great Resumes cannot guarantee that all products that have been proofread are perfect and 100% error-free. The client is responsible for reviewing and proofreading all produced products and must communicate any needed changes or corrections in email or phone revision calls before accepting and distributing final copies. Simply Great Resumes will not be held responsible for any damages for any errors not communicated in an email by the client for correction.
Refunds
Simply Great Resumes mission is to provide exceptional writing services at fair market pricing. Simply Great Resumes is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any writing, updating or other services under any circumstances unless explicitly put forth by Simply Great Resumes.
I. Refund request on writing services within 24 hours of purchase will be refunded 100% of purchase price.
II. Refund request for writing services prior to phone consultation will be refunded 100% of the purchase price less $25.00 for cancellation processing fee.
III. Refund request for writing services within 24 hours after phone consultation will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price. All writing starts after phone consultation.
IV. Simply Great Resumes will not issue refunds for any writing services after a draft has been sent to the client.
