Accountability Coaching – 3 Months – $799
Let’s face it, getting your career marketing materials created is just the first step in launching your job search. From there, it’s maintaining motivation and having the stamina to keep at it week after week. This can be easy for some and challenging for others when you start to add additional ‘life’ aspects such as a demanding career, family, volunteering commitments, board work, ‘parental’ taxi services, and everything in between! So what is the accountability coaching service?
- We will create a plan to ensure you are maximizing your ROI.
- I will send weekly email check-ins to see how your progress is, provide suggestions on options for pivoting, or at the least, kudos for staying the course.
- We will meet once a month for 3 months for one hour to discuss your progress and analyze your goals, job search strategies, networking strategies, interview challenges, and everything else you feel will be beneficial to address to help you navigate the job search and be successful.
Additional months can be added as needed for a discounted fee.

Hourly Coaching Sessions – $150/hour
Sometimes things just crop up and you need someone to run ideas by and that someone can be a coach with expertise and unbiased attention. Whether it’s entertaining a new opportunity, setting goals, building interviewing/job searching/networking strategies, or just to vent, a friendly ear and someone who can provide a new perspective may be the answer you are seeking.
Service can be requested in 30 minute ($75) or 60 minute ($150) sessions.

Interview Coaching Sessions – $150/hour
Preparing for an interview can be a daunting task, especially if it has been years since the last time you needed to prepare. With this service you we will partner to develop your strongest stories, identify possible road bumps in your career, establish succinct answers, and discuss specific questions and styles that will help you take your interviewing to the next level.
Service can be requested in 30 minute ($75) or 60 minute ($150) sessions.
